We're Not Just Selling Grooming Products. We Actually Groom.

Coat & Clipper Co. was built by a groomer — not a marketer, not an influencer, not someone who watched a few YouTube videos and decided to sell pet supplies.

I'm talking 15 years of real grooming experience. Two businesses. Countless dogs on my table — some angelic, some absolutely feral, all of them worth it, teaching me something new, every time.

My second shop, Tangled Tails, came out of COVID, when I needed something constant, something I was genuinely good at, and, honestly, something that gave me purpose. I already had 6 dogs at home (my husband had very strong feelings about a 7th), so grooming other people's dogs was my way of loving on as many as possible.

Life eventually pulled me toward corporate work — my two kids need therapies and specialized care, and I needed the insurance benefits that came with it. But I never stopped grooming. I groom from home now because I simply cannot stay away.

Today our house has 4 dogs and 3 cats — a German Shepherd, a Pit Bull, a Pit/Dane mix, a GSD/Lab mix, a calico, a black cat, and a snowshoe who clearly think they run things. They do.

Every dog that comes through my hands gets treated like a new family addition.

When a dog is new to you, there's this feeling; you don't know them yet, but you're already all in. And the regulars? I treat them like I'm the rich auntie who spoils them rotten.

That's the standard every product in this store is held to. If I didn't use it on my own animals, it's not here. If it doesn't make a groomer's job easier or a pet owner's life better, it's not here.
